The problem

Running a business out of five tools and memory.

• The business ran on five disconnected tools, a CRM, two spreadsheets, a notes app, Calendly, and Stripe, none of which talked to each other.
• Nothing was a single source of truth, the real state of each client lived in the owner's head.
• Every new client meant copying data into three places by hand. The owner had become the bottleneck for the whole company.
• Off-the-shelf "all-in-one" tools didn't fit the bespoke rewards-tracking workflow, and had already been tried and abandoned.

What I built

One custom client portal and admin system.

• Client portal. Sign-in, intake, application status, points balances, and a message thread. Clients see only their own data.
• Admin system. Every client, application, card, and payment in one place, with a pipeline the owner runs without leaving the app.
• Card tracking. The bespoke part: applications, bonuses, fulfillment dates, and points earned, tracked per client with no copy-paste.
• Payments. Stripe integration that invoices, takes payment, and reconciles against the client's account automatically.
• Notifications. Automatic branded email at the moments that used to need a manual reminder.
• Built to last. Real authentication, row-level security, a database designed to grow, and every account in the owner's name from day one.
